Ambassador Mitchell’s remarks at the National Disability Conference

Talking Points:  Mingalaba. Good to see so many old friends here this morning.  Last year, when I spoke at a similar event, I bought a beautiful painting of a bowl fruit created by a man who painted it with his feet. That painting now hangs in my office at the US Embassy. I stare at it every day with awe. I am so glad to be with you all here this morning.  I want to congratulate the members of the Working Committee for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its sub-committees for organizing this wonderful conference.
